The mission of the Alabama Primary Health Care Association is to strengthen Alabama's healthcare network through leadership, collaboration and services so that coordinated care is accessible and improves health outcomes.

  • We believe in access to coordinated and affordable primary and preventative health care for Alabamaians. We believe health centers are the cornerstone of Alabama’s primary care system as outcome focused patient centered medical homes.
