Grant Opportunity to Support Newborns and Moms

Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI), who developed and helps implement the Centering model of group healthcare, has announced its second wave of RFPs (due March 15th) for Centering technical assistance and implementation services. CHI is offering its services to 130 eligible sites to implement and/or expand CenteringPregnancy® and CenteringParenting®, primarily into FQHCs and community health centers. Centering allows for the highest quality of care by bringing moms and babies out of the exam room and into a comfortable group setting where they are part of an ongoing group, facilitated by their provider. The care combines health assessment, interactive learning and community building - ultimately delivering better health outcomes and a better care.
