APHCA’s 2010 Networking Forum unites community health staff and leadership to share ideas and lessons learned with peers in Alabama and the Southeast. This year’s theme “Bringing it All Home” focuses on the importance of obtaining Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition. Medical Homes offer a patient-centered, regular, and continuous source of primary care, proven to provide better health outcomes and lower costs of care. Focusing on the four aspects of a healthy home: structure, safety, health and happiness, this forum will offer professional and skill development for all aspects of community health.
