Recruitment Services for Participating Members
The Alabama Primary Health Care Association provides recruitment services to participating members seeking dedicated clinicians and support staff to provide quality health care to those in need across the state. APHCA offers assistance with recruitment and retention of clinical and non-clinical staff including physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, and documentation and support for NHSC and J-1 Visa applications. APHCA members may submit clinical and administrative vacancies by completing a Job Order Request Form.
Placement Services for Clinical and Administrative Candidates
APHCA is dedicated to helping candidates find an opportunity in that will meet individual professional and personal goals. Community Health Centers are ideal for clinicians who are dedicated to serving the underserved, working with diverse populations, and participating in a team-oriented environment. Community Health Centers face the daily reminder of the need for access to comprehensive primary care including dental and pharmacy services. Alabama’s community health centers provide care to nearly 300,000 individuals at 120 delivery sites statewide.
