APHCA Core Training Program Logo

The Alabama Primary Health Care Association developed this specific training to educate health centers leadership, senior management and staff in identifying areas for performance and operational improvement. Health centers are required to comply with 19 core federal program requirements monitored by the Health Resource and Service Administration (HRSA) and undergo operational assessments at least once every three years. Participants attending these regional and statewide trainings will have the opportunity to enhance their understanding of the HRSA 19 program requirements in need, services, management and finance and governance as well as the process and expectations of federal operational assessments.
