The 90-minute Health Center Program Requirements for Governance On-Demand Webinar will provide new and existing health center board members the accessibility to receive training related to their roles and responsibilities in providing the necessary oversight leadership that governs health center operations right at their fingertips. This training session addresses the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) expectation on board authority to include health center’s organizational structure, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and other relevant information to ensure health center governing boards maintain the authority for oversight of the health center program. Board composition is an important component of board authority in representing health center communities and funding for special populations in order to demonstrate compliance. The latest HRSA Health Center Program Compliance Manual and other related resources are to be utilized for this training.
