Exceptional Leadership: This is an essential 8-part series designed to strengthen healthcare leadership across 16 critical competencies that will set you apart as a great leader. Based on the best-selling book, Exceptional Leadership: 16 Critical Competencies for Healthcare Executives, the eight-part training and development program will focus on practical strategies for goal setting, problem solving, and decision making necessary to achieve high performance across a health system.

Compliance Institute: This institute is designed specifically for health centers and will strengthen compliance infrastructure, policies, and processes necessary for adherence to federal and state law, regulations, and related program requirements. At the completion of the Institute, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of compliance program requirements and how to implement, operate, and integrate corporate compliance and quality efforts across the organization.

Clinical Leaders Improving Measures Boldly (CLIMB): This workgroup consists of clinical, quality, and health IT staff across APHCA’s Intelligent Care Network. The workgroup focuses on identifying, documenting, and spreading best practices across the Network to improve clinical and operational performance, enhance outcomes, and increase patient and staff experience and satisfaction.

Association membership is not required to engage in training and technical assistance offerings supported by HRSA’s Cooperative Agreement Program.
