Description: The CLIMB Committee reviews goals and accomplishments identified earlier in the year. CLIMB will work to reconcile data linking diabetes, depression, and social determinants of health and then utilize that data in breakout groups to see where we are as a group.  In addition, the CLIMB group will begin discussions around 2024 priorities. This is an invitation-only work group. If you wish to join the CLIMB group, please email info@alphca.com
