Description: This interactive training session uses a facilitated tabletop exercise to evaluate the health center’s disaster recovery capabilities following a cybersecurity breach or other disruptive event. Participants will work through realistic scenarios involving loss of access to electronic medical records (EMR), operational disruptions, and impacts to patient care and business functions. The session will help identify gaps in existing policies, procedures, communication protocols, and recovery plans while strengthening the organization’s ability to restore critical operations and maintain continuity of care during and after an incident.
